Tips to manage stress and anxiety
It can be difficult in times of stress, to manage our concerns and anxiety as we worry about family, friends and the future.
Here are some tips and thoughts that could be useful.

Have things to do, so you feel like you have achieved
Focus on the present moment. Ask yourself what you need in that moment that would be supportive?
Keep in the present moment.
It can be easier said than done in times like this, but staying in the present moment can help prevent our thoughts running wild with the "OMGs, what ifs and how will I cope" type thoughts. These thoughts come from our concerns for ourselves and others.
These feelings are genuine and important to acknowledge. It's when they run away that they become unhelpful.

3. Ask yourself what you can do in the moment that will help you feel less concerned
