What do people talk about?
We can explore any topic that is important to you right now. You might like to discuss a current problem, such as an issue with a work colleague or a family member. You can also explore issues that relate to events or people from the past to identify how past events influence situations in the present.
Whatever the topic, I'll be listening to you compassionately, without judgement.
Examples of the kinds of things that you could discuss include: personal development and growth; mental health issues such as stress and anxiety; relationship issues; domestic and family violence; sexual abuse and family of origin trauma; grief and loss; attachment issues; managing chronic illness; and gender identity and sexuality.
